EVENTS

Furthermore, in addition to my activity as a designer, I had the opportunity to experiment with the design of light scenes for temporary events. From this interesting point of view I learned a lot, observing its effects through an important number of installations, very different in terms of both concept and purpose.
The common mood of these events has always been linked to the theme of aggregation, despite the contrasting design needs, from surprising and exciting with dynamic situations to relax with soft and comfortable installations. Basically, I believe I have always tried to create beauty and involvement, immersive and positive situations that lead to think; so it was during the 10 editions of “The Masters of the Landscape” in which, thanks to the collaboration with Arketipos, I designed all the light installations.

Lighting elements, in every project, can come out of a particular requirement or idea formed to respond to a specific practical and aesthetic need.
I always begin with a drawing and then make a model because working with my hands gives me a better idea of the proportions.
However, only when I connect a light source and see its effect can I truly experience the emotion, and every time it is magic!

Each project has its own identity.
The setting is determined by the surroundings, but it is our personal experiences which decide the path a project will take. The traces we leave are the fruit of our experiences and the outward expressions of our sensibilities.
